2. Free Delivery & Installation
Delivery of your rental goods is provided FREE to a distance of up to 40 kms from your local outlet. We'll also install or assemble your products for FREE.
3. No Upfront Fees or Deposits
Some rental companies require you to pay a deposit, or a payment in advance. We don't.
4. Affordable Rental Rates
Our rental rates are well within the means of the majority of Australian income earners.
5. Buy Out Option at Any Time
Decided you'd like to own your rental? No problem! You can choose to buy out your contract at any time during your hire period. Your rental item then becomes yours to keep.
6. No Exit Fees
We won't charge you a fee for exiting a contract early (some conditions may apply). Just return the rental items in good condition, and your contract will end with no further fees.
7. Extended Product Care
Worried about product failure? No problem. We include a Product Care Package (similar to a warranty) with every rental at no extra cost. Most of our Product Care Packages last for 48 months (that's 4 years!).
8. Only New Goods
We don't rent out pre-owned products, unless you specifically request one. It's all brand new.
9. No Maintenance Costs
Hey, how about that? We service and repair all rentals absolutely FREE.

Just give us a call and you'll see how easy it is to get started on a rental. Standard application time is approximately half an hour.
11. Free Damage & Liability Cover
If your goods are accidentally damaged or stolen, no worries! We pay for most of the replacement or repair to your rental. Only modest excesses apply.
12. Deal Direct with Local Franchisee
You'll deal directly with the person in charge of your franchise area, so you'll always get a quick response and good service with the attention you need.
13. Free Move & Reinstallation Within Your Local Area
Gotta move after your rental starts? No problem. If it's local, we'll move and reinstall your rental absolutely FREE!
14. Centrepay Facilities Available
Are you on a government pension or other Centrelink benefit? Great! You can use Centrepay to deduct rental payments from your regular benefits. Most payment types accepted.
